In the aftermath of Argentina's economic meltdown of the late 90s, a large number of non profits were created to feed and take care of children in very poor neighborhoods whose parents cannot otherwise provide for their basic needs such as food, education, clothing and health. • Recreation: organization of recreational and educational activities such as crafts, sports, music or others. • School support: tutoring children in their assignments and understanding the educational content learned in elementary or high school. • Teaching English: Language teaching to children between 6 and 16 years old, with no knowledge of it. Volunteers should have previous training such as TEFL or similar.
